Demand
order received by FRHB:
Document needed to be stamped by Indonesian Embassy
and completed by user:
- Demand order letter (stamped by embassy).
- Agreement between agent and user (stamped by embassy).

Submitting
all received document to Labour Department of Indonesia.
- Lead time: 3 (three) days.

After FRHB
get stamped all documents from agent or user, FRHB
can get recruitment permit from Labour Department
of Indonesia.

Pre-medical
test. - Medical test to all selected candidates.
Lead time: 2 (two) days

Make passports recommendation to Overseas Indonesian
Manpower of Placement and Organizer Board Division
(one of Labour Department Of Indonesia division).
Lead time:2 (two) days.

Making Passports of all candidates. Lead time: 2 (two)
days. Document will completed by employees: - Recommendation
result from Labour Department of Indonesia. - Family
card. - ID card. - School certificate (if available).
- Born certificate (or born explanation letter).

After finished passports, FRHB will send user all copy
passports of selected candidates. Lead time: Depends
on, how soon user can get visas for all candidates.

FRHB will wait until user send visas of all candidates
to agent and after received visas from agent or user,
FRHB will make final medical test to all candidates.
If, there are any candidates fail the final medical
test, agent will try to give medicine to candidates
until candidate cure from illness. But, if the candidates
illness is very bad, FRHB will inform the agent or user
for the candidate's condition. FRHB will get "bar code"
sticker from medical centers. Document needed to be
completed by user: - Original visas. - Contract between
user and Candidates (stamped by embassy)

After, all final medical tests are completed. FRHB will
send all documents to embassy of country of placement.
Documents will be submitted by FRHB to embassy country
of placement, are: - Passports of candidates. - Original
visas. - Final medical results. - Original contract
letter between candidates and user. - Air tickets of
candidates. Lead time: 2 (two) days in common. Notes:
If, there is late in this procedure. The late will be
caused by person in charge on stamping candidates visas.

Final process to Labor Department of Indonesia: FRHB
will process: - Insuring candidates. (one of requirement
for fiscal process) - Paying Candidates fiscal and tax.

Departing candidates to country of placement. FRHB will
do: - Take all candidates to airport.
