For Qatar, UEA, Kuwait, Oman employer :

Demand
letter,written letter from end user or agent to FRHB
contains the kind and number of worker needed, salary
offerred & other benefits, stamped & signed
by end user or agent as well as Indonesian Embassy
or Consulate in country of placement.

Employment
Contract, between your company and the workers stamped
by end user or agent & Indonesian Embassy or
Consulate in country of placement. One piece for
each worker.

After receiving the visa, it takes
two weeks process for the worker prior to fly to the employment
country.
For Saudi Arabia Employer :
- Demand letter, written letter from
end user or agent to FRHB contains the kind and number
or worker needed, salary offerred & other benefits,
stamped & signed by end user or agent as well as
Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
- Employment Contract, (one piece for each
worker) between company of end user or agent and the
workers stamped by Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
- Wakalah, stamped by Ministry Foreign
Affair & Commerce & Industry Chamber (Al Gurfah
At Tijariah was Sinaiah)
- Visa.
After
receiving the complete document from you, we can process
the worker required
within two weeks.
